LS 180 Gear shaping machine

During the development of the new LS180 gear shaping machine, the emphasis was on modifying and optimizing the shaping head. Short face widths can now be machined very economically with very high cutting speeds. The LS180 allows straight and helical gears (internal and external) and crowned or conical gears to be shaped. The LS 180 is ideal for large-scale production in the automotive and motorcycle industry. The enormous productivity is characterized by large quanti-ties in very short times.

The new LS 180 E gear shaping machine with electronic shaping head complements the range of compact gear shaping machines. You can choose between a purely machine (LS 180), a mechanical machine with movable cutter head slide (LS 180F) or a gear machine with electronic lead guide (LS 180 E). We have the right machine and the right process for every application.

LK 300/500 Skiving Machine

Liebherr now offers this complex technology and will be presenting a skiving machine in 2017. Everything from a single source: machine, tool and process. The machine represents excellent quality and productivity when skiving internal and external gears.
